I’m not your typical coach.
I grew up as a coachee.
If that piques your interest, then you’re going to love this story…
I started taking ballroom dance lessons in the gymnasium of my elementary school at the tender age of seven.
If you’re not familiar with ballroom dance training, you should know it involves a lot of time being actively coached and practicing, practicing, and practicing.
As a teenager I actively competed in events all around the country, won the German State Dance Championship, and attended the prestigious Blackpool Dance Competition in England.
I eventually earned my Master’s in Physical Education with a focus on Modern Dance Technique and Rehabilitation and moved to the United States.
I pursued my love for dance teaching and coaching at a well-known dance studio in New York City and started my own dance studio several years ago.
Over the years, I’ve helped my students have a memorable first dance at their wedding, win ballroom dance competitions, or improve their dance technique in their weekly group class.
Seeing my students’ transformations first-hand, I realized I wanted to explore new ways to reach and coach people to their dreams.
And that’s where I was drawn to coaching.
Ontological coaching and dance coaching are more similar than you may think. Both involve commitment, dedication, repetition, and a mindset that’s wholly geared towards success.
And with my experience being both on the teaching and receiving end of coaching, I’m the one who can help you get there.
So, what’s on your mind?
Is it a long-overdue career change? A juicy new business opportunity? A satisfying and uplifting long-term relationship?
Let’s work together and get you on track to achieving your dreams.
I look forward to working with you!
